Refund Policy

We make a lot of effort to make sure that our customers receive the satisfactory product. If you’re a student and need to cancel your enrollment made via the Site or the Application after buying video lectures due to a defective product, you can get a refund by making a claim within 3 days of purchase.

We will do our best to make the refund within a time-bound manner, usually 10-15 days from the date of claim.
If We cancel a confirmed enrolment made via the Site, Services, and Application, Study At Home will refund the Course Fees paid by the Student for such enrolment to the applicable Student pursuant to the Payments Terms which shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Student.
